Tango on tangome.live lets you watch hosts in live rooms and talk to new people one-on-one. To do either, Tango keeps a handful of details, starting from the guest session your browser receives on arrival. Here is the whole list, without legal fog.

01 What we store

Every item here is tied to a feature you can see on the site:

Your account details, whether guest or signed in: the display name, linked log-in options, chosen language, preferences and confirmed age.
Optional profile extras such as a picture or a short bio, along with your following and follower lists.
Messages you send in one-on-one chats, and comments you post in live rooms.
A short record of each match, call or room visit: when it happened, which mode you used and roughly how long it lasted.
Coin and VIP purchases, gifts you send, and the confirmation our payment partner returns. Card numbers stay with that partner; we never see them.
Reports you send, reports about you, and what our moderators decided.
Device signals such as IP, browser type, system version and error reports, used to repair faults and stop misuse.

02 Live video is not recorded by us

One-on-one calls and live streams travel in real time. Tango keeps the short records listed above and any evidence attached to a report, not a copy of your call. Your match, or anyone watching a room, could still screen-capture on their side, so treat every frame as something that might resurface.

03 Why we use it

To match you with someone, keep calls stable and load live rooms quickly.
To run follows, message history, gifts and the Reward Center.
To handle reports, apply our community guidelines and keep minors out.
To process purchases and answer billing questions.
To find bugs and understand, in aggregate, which features get used.

04 Who sees it

Matches, and hosts whose chats you post in, see your display name plus anything you decide to reveal. Staff and the vendors handling hosting, payments or moderation get just the slice their task requires, bound by confidentiality. We do not sell personal data. Information reaches authorities solely under a legal obligation or when a life may be at risk.

05 How long we keep it

Account details stay while your account exists. Match and room logs stay only long enough for safety checks, after which they are erased or stripped of identity. Payment history is retained for whatever period bookkeeping law demands. Report records may stay longer when they relate to a banned account.

06 Your choices

Edit or remove profile details from your settings at any time.
Request an export, a fix or complete erasure of your data by emailing [email protected].
Close your account and we remove what we are not legally required to keep.
Turn off notifications in your browser or device settings whenever you like.

07 Adults only

Tango admits adults only, meaning 18 or older. Accounts discovered to belong to minors are shut down and their data erased. If you suspect a minor is using the site, report the account or email us.
